Loyalty Stars

Loyalty Stars, shown on a learner's My Training page, are automatically awarded based on length of employment.

Loyalty Star Rules

• For new employees, one 4-point star is awarded for each 3-month increment.

• When the fourth 3-month increment is achieved, the 4-point stars are replaced by one 5-point star. Once the first 5-point star is achieved, the 3-month stars no longer appear (and the learner waits a full year before getting another star).

• One 5-point star is then awarded for each 1-year increment up to and including the 4th year.

• Once the 5th year is achieved, a 5-point star in a circle is awarded and the stars without the circles are removed.

• After a 5-point star in a circle is achieved, the 5-point stars without the circles are added for each year over five until a 10th year is achieved at which point the stars without circles are removed again and replaced by a 5-point star in a circle and the process repeats.
